The Forum on the Hill is organized in conjunction with the Friends of the Caribbean of the Congressional Black Caucus. This Forum which began in 1999 provides an opportunity for Caribbean Americans to dialogue with Congressional legislators and staff about issues that advance mutual knowledge and understanding of legislation before the Congress and its impact on our community. All Caribbean community leaders are encouraged to attend.
